That is not what happened.

He said absolutely he wants to uplist just that he thinks the Nasdaq isn't ready for an MJ company this second. Therefore, he is trying to meet those requirements, i.e, growth and the ability to retain the exchange requirements.

I heard him say he wants to uplist to nasdaq but nasdaq probably not ready to take on a cannabis company yet.
