But Eric did it his way. He basically told shareholders long ago he didn't need their support or ideas. To Eric, shareholders were no more than tools to be used just like a hammer, pliers, or a screwdriver. He hasn't learned a thing because he still continues to lie to his shareholders to cover the truth.
