I agree, I think Sims will just take Medallion and sell it to someone who has "activated" its Directors and Officers insurance and he can become a coporate officer, protected under the policy.

For what ever reason, Eric won't push the button and "activate" the "acceptable" policy that he stated they had secured on the AGM call. Not having sims as an officer or director impacts his "stature" during these jaw dropping times.

Sims is a plate unto himself under the whole plate techtonics theory.
