Another excellent post. MDHI has never been viable. It's a company with no audited financials, typical of joseph noel operations...it's never shown a profit despite claims otherwise and it's a company that has been behind the curve of technology for years. I believe that's because they want to sell shares and the pendant of the day is not the issue. Find foolish investors and enrich the few. This again is the mode of operation of the joseph noel types. I trust the SEC will do their job, just as they did with the MDHI promoter and confessed criminal Joseph Noel.
