VMGI---Ya 360 million plus convertible debt we paid cash for...Im not sweating it...It'll work out...Get a good fit for VMGI and clean out the garbage...Then we can do what was supposed to be done a while ago!!! Just my very educated opinion on that...If Im wrong there goes $100k,,,,,,but I don't see that happening....Best of luck
