It's a question because it's been stated Hub is not the CEO of Btzo, but is the CEO of Lexi group. I want to know if it is still in fact part of Btzo or not...since Kreisler and marilu haven't bothered to address Btzo shareholders directly once since this "merger" took place. They aren't filing anything at all on time. Which means as part of the deal for hub to step down, they spun Lexi out on its own, and simply haven't bothered to tell shareholders or file the appropriate 8k. Greenshift and Lexi have absolutely NOTHING in common. The question has been sent to Btzo several times by multiple people via email, and even though hub has sent responses about the filings being worked on, he has not directly addressed the question of Lexi group being apart of Btzo at this point. Since everything else about this company has been shady, I think this is as well. Jmo. They need to address it and everything else publicly with shareholders. The fact this "merger" took place Jan 1, and have not addressed shareholders once, publicly is disgusting IMO. Not to mention the filings STILL have not been filed. And we are waaaaaaay past the deadline at this point.
