That actually makes sense that a Reverse Split would happen prior to buyout and would be part of the condition of the buyout. My guess is it's a 1 for 100 share reverse split. That would put the PPS in the ballpark. Then the buyout for .025 would be true. Not disclosing the condition of the buyout was obviously a good move on their part. Once RS is announced, the stock will crash.

I just confirmed the buyout will take place at .025 after a 1:20k RS
