Fred so is North and Central Florida...prices of properties with water access or water proximity have been rocketing in the Ormond Beach area...ive had about 10 solicitations on my vacation home just in the last couple of months. Here in the DC area though I'm hearing that inventories are building back up steadily although home prices are still quite high.
