I think they are...CDEL seems to be handling the conversions or he is shorting. Wasnt enough 1's sold to justify it being regular retail flipping at this point. Think we are getting close though

BKRT showed his hand the other day when he sat with a 114 mill...that's chump change at these levels.

A few mid size whales come through soon with just a few smacks and we will be at the 3's
