I listen to a man on CNBC who does business in Brazil and he said besides the President's problems, 1/2 of their legislature is under indictment. I wouldn't be surprised if Hartman's buddy's are involved with one of those cases if "payola" is being alleged. Sounded like most of the "movers & shakers" are involved.
To be clear, I don't know any of that to be the case. Just giving my impression of what I heard.
Besides, sounds like they have much more going on that just Brazil.
