Sterling Scott didn't ruin the company nor was he a bad CEO, yes he made dumb decisions when it came to financing, but compared with 99% of other OTC pennies the company was pulling in millions in gross profit and had brick and mortar businesses in multiple locations with several smaller companies.
The nail in the coffin came from those he trusted, his loved ones.
This CEO seems to have his head on his shoulders as far as financing is concerned, I am excited and cannot wait for the S-1 news.
