Then why didn't Seymour submit the compounds that underwent rabbit-eye studies for IND-approval? Hmmm?!?!?

Is he stupid? Was the scientist who tested those compounds biased because of her compensation from the company that favored positive results?

Further news: If the delivery vehicle is causing the problems, then NNVC is dead. It won't matter what ligand they attach to the delivery vehicle, if the delivery vehicle is problematic.
