You shouldn't own SPIN if that is your opinion. Also indicates to me that you won't ask your question of mgmt.

I have an answer. QVH is only one side of the business that hasn't even gotten off the ground. I know why I own some shares. Whether I buy more or sell is dependent on how mgmt. performs. Thus far 2016 is nothing to write home about.

We shall see how it plays out.
