Wow, PHOT RECENT false statements revealed in that article today.
At least the false one by the company about being on the OTCBB, one I commented on immediately after I found it was a pink sheet (OTC) stock, not OTCBB, has been reinforced by that article.

I wonder if the SEC/FINRA will suspend them again for repeatedly making the false statements in SEC filings and press releases?
