How can you not blame management? They flat out lied saying they had a financing deal with Wellington which was not true. Supposedly had put together this great team of companies that was going to lead to the promised land. Had 2 acquisitions that fell through and another that was supposedly a done deal. And then to never come clean on that. Issuing all kinds of toxic notes. I am sure I am missing more but how you can say don't blame management is beyond me. I get the industry played a part in there demise but they were never up front with shareholders so I totally blame management. I guess we can agree to disagree.
