It seems to be a virtual office - which is perfect for the NGCG crew.

I quit posting back in April. I planned to keep it that way, but I decided to make this one post. If you or anyone else had paid attention to I-Glow and done a little research, you would have discovered that the 35th floor of this building, known as the ‘Gas Tower’ is, as I-Glow observed, basically a ‘virtual office.’

A company called ‘Wework’ has leased 75,000 square feet of office space in that building. Read on to discover which floors they have leased. WeWork is an office management company. They lease large areas of office space in buildings around Los Angeles, then sub lease them to other people and/or businesses. You can rent a ‘shared desk’ ( aka a ‘virtual office’) for $455 per month, or a one person private office for as low as $650 per month, etc.

"WeWork's newest DTLA community is now open with over 75,000 sq ft of creative office space! Set on the 34th–36th floors, WeWork Gas Tower boasts gorgeous 360° views of the city. Sign up for a tour today to experience the space and community for yourself."

What a coincidence. WeWork has leased their office space on the 34th – 36th floors, and Kim has decided to move into the 35th floor of this very expensive looking building wayyyyyy up in the high rent district of this 40 story building.

In reality, Kim is not leasing a $25,000 per month (or more) suite of offices. He is renting either a shared desk (‘virtual office’) for $450 per month, or a one person private office for $600 per month. It’s not nearly as impressive as it sounds. It just 'appears' to be impressive, which is the whole point. In fact, based on their prices, they are now paying less at the Gas Tower than they were in Whittier.

Hmmmm. NGCG left the Whittier address of Monster Marketing for what could possibly be a one man office. So now Phil, Mike and all those other employees have to travel to congested, frustrating, non-stop construction obsessed downtown LA to go to work...every day...in maybe a one man office? LOL. Kind of says a lot about what's going on.
