I have not thrown the towel in. As strange as this might sound we still can still have hope because PPHM management interest lines up with ours in one respect: They want to make as much money out of this (mess?)as possible just like us. Hopefully they lowered their expectations below astronomical just like we have done. The lower their expectations the better. It would mean a swifter action to resurrect the pps.

With what I think about Bavi and having lost my towel have to stick to the program and give it one more real try.

To sell in the 30's and believing that Avid alone is worth around a dollar a share would be really ludicrous.

Just one man's opinion,

Loofman, my friend - re: your poll => YES.

I still have confidence in Peregrine's management and this investment for the future?

No faith in mgmt but never did. Some hope shareprice gets back to $1.00 (split adjusted - don't see the rs being avoided)

TekNuLoof, it is not clear how you expect responses to this question (PPHM poll?). Yes or NO or is the number 1 kind of confidence indicator and if so on what scale?

I still have confidence in Peregrine's management and this investment for the future?

So my answer is, no surprises coming from me, that I have full confidence in PPHM's Bavituximab program and potential. So I give it 5 on 5.

As explained before I see SUNRISE stopping as a DELAY to market for Bavituximab not as a change of value. It is a loss of income in the short term. Always not nice for shareholders that want everything ASAP (me too but in a realistic way - PPHM is not alone out there).

Loof

Whatever confidence level I had is no longer, however, I'm optimistic that some news in the future will stabilize pp at higher prices.

It's a higher risk now then ever before imo but, and it's a BIG Butt, I also believe that the risk is baked in the pps today.

Best,

D

Re: your question

Now that I've had my morning coffee and had ample time (2 sec.) to consider your unanimous brain teaser, my answer is yes..

I imagine and take into call the difficult task this team has before them. Not only are sh holders turning against them but the market and paid scrivener's all relentlessly pushing hard against them in a concerted way to take Peregrine down to it's knees! I look for an explanation for this and all I can see in GREED. Greed for control, greed for the app, greed for the future.

I further understand this management team is making a large sum of money for their worth but I also understand and have seen such management teams vanish under certain conditions.

All know me as a long long who has never bashed this management team but understands the incredulous demurral facing them every day.

I will remain steadfast in this belief, until I do not.

Perhaps a simple yes, would have sufficed.

I say YES, mainly because I have a lot to lose here and therefore I keep the faith. I despise the lack of communication from management. I'm hoping for a buyout or a management overhaul.

Absolutely do not count me in on this. Even if there was an outside chance of success, the structure and mindset of this company and it's leadership is mind numbing (stated in a very negative way). Any true long is about to get slapped about the chops with yet another diluting RS and this time the ratio will be at least double the last one, along with not adjusting the ATM shares, this will leave current sh with a fractional amount of shares while the ATM shares continue to overshadow your holdings. The status quo on the communication front will have the rs occurring in the mid to low teens, and headed back down instantaneously after it happens. I ask, how can one have confidence when the above seems to be the most realistic outcome? Peace out. See you in the .20's. All imho.

dear Loofman,
I also still believe in Bavi. Management is not exactly brilliant but I doubt that a new team can do much better.
At this stage you can't sell the company, nobody would pay a decent price. We need AZN trial to start and then we need data, data, data....
I hope Tradero is right about zika.....
good luck to all

I have full confidence that my investment in PPHM will come to an astronomical fulfillment. I have full confidence that bavi and successors will work on an astronomical spectrum of cancers, viruses, bacteria, parasites, and many other degenerative human ailments. That does not even take into consideration the myriad of flora and other fauna applications.

#263846 RE: TekNuLoof #263742

I have less confidence in this management team than ever before, and I never had any confidence in them to begin with. They have absolutely no experience in this area and are in way over their head. They don't care however because they are making money. I can't understand what gives anyone here any confidence in them at all.

The HCV trial and the results that were never given?

The failed pancreatic trial?

The failed Bavi phase III and the results that have yet to be given?

The "sabotaged" phase II trial which, now that we have seen phase III fail, looks like a mirage?

Cotara? Over $60m spent, $0 return. DEAD.

The DIOS deal? A complete lie in a failed attempt to stay in the Russell.

The previous reverse split?

If Bavi has any value at all, and I'm hoping it has some value to somebody, this management team has done an absolutely awful job in uncovering it. This can not be debated at all. The share price is down over 95%.

Where, for the love of God, has this crew succeeded in anything other than collecting a paycheck? They have had zero successes. Everything they have done to date has been a failure. Undeniable.

I want to thank you all for your responses to my question about your confidence in Peregrine. So far I have had 20 excellent responses. I appreciate every one of them, I really do!
I plan to keep this going and will look at this further this weekend. I plan to compile your thoughts.
