Absolutely nothing justifies the move from 0.32; the company is progressively deteriorating due to continuing net losses, mounting debt, lack of liquidity, and NO WORKING VESSELS (NO OPERATIONS).

Once people come to their senses, this thing will drop just as quickly as it rose. I'd tread with caution here if on the long side.

This thing will be $1.50 by week's end, mark it. Within a couple weeks, it'l be right back in the pennies; even 0.50 is overvalued here.
