Its hardly brain surgery - If oil is found the SP go up and ERHC simply floats a few shares on a market eager to gobble them up ! Result is minimal dilution and certainly not enough to impact the share price because in this scenario the market does what the market does as the greed factor kicks in !
Its incredible that such efforts are being made to negatively portray an ERHC oil find in advance of it becoming a reality !
