15th falls on Sunday so there will be no financials until Monday the 16th.
It has been that way for years, whoever said today obviously did not know what day of the week it is, therefore please stop this chatter about the date and mark your calendar..
Message to the seller : He has until Monday to unload, if he does not unload and the financials are not good, then he will loose alot of money.
Look for sub penny land if that happens, so my suggestion to any and all sellers is drop the ask and unload this week, or you stand to loose a ton of money.
