Simple: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".
Applies almost every OTC "Stinky-Pinky" stock like BILB. Some more obvious than others.

He must be getting inside info

by crooked CEO's that strike a deal with him to promote in exchange for early price or even share distribution. He is getting in these piles of manure very early and then having his pig crew get in.

I don't think so. It's much simpler than that. He picks a stock--literally any stock--that's been inactive for awhile. He then frontloads at low prices; if he needs a little time to do that, it's not a problem, because the stock is pretty much dead. Then he starts tweeting about the fabulous new pick he'll be announcing soon.

When the time is right, he tips the pick to his "family" before naming it on Twitter. They buy, naturally at higher prices than he did. Once he announces, he starts pumping, and typically sells into the pump. And then he's gone.

Most of his picks are of utterly worthless stocks, so there's nothing to sustain their gains once the dump begins.
