Spun off from what???

NTEK shut down magic screen 3D and ice carving. Those are gone.

Ultra Media Group - the "original" content division, is now in default.

Nanotech Media - the "technology" division, is now in default.

Nanotech Communications - the "mobile phone" division, is now in default.

Nanotech Gaming (NTGL) is now in default with Nevada SOS as well and has a Yield Sign on OTC.

So what - EXACTLY - is UF spinning off from? There isn't anything left.
