I think its a glitch--yahoo finance had the closing price premarket Monday at 0.21.
Why would anyone buy at .18-.21 when the pps is half that?
Btw, chris bogurt bought another 25000 canadian shares last week. His last buys in february did not pan out--so i am not hopeful that this buy means too much. Just reporting.

I don't see it on Quotestream. Normally penny stocks don't trade during off hours. Not sure what you're looking at.
