Tek, Please tell me why we have to travel to annual meeting ? Does it add any value/benefit ?

Are all the other public traded companies expecting everyone to attend in person so that company can do their fiduciary responsibility ?

am pretty sure there will discussions for a week here that they looked into the eyes for King or any other BOD. They are very loving, caring and we should approve RS and stay on the course..

Loof, I have been to 6 ASM. Carlton Johnson as the chair tries to put a few english sentences together in a joking manner then they get all their wishes approved and then they end it by presenting the same stuff about PS we have been hearing for years. Then the may be 15 shareholders that attended hang around for a while and leave thinking, god I hope these people know what they are doing :)
