Your statements are well taken. We saw this in the month of December 2015 and January of this year with these PR's issued and no action by NERG management.
This post couldn't be more correct. I made money off the last run to 2 cents and then lost it later when I bought back in. The PR they release is designed to leave open loop holes. If you are aware that rolling in the dirt with a dog could get you fleas and you don't care then play the game.
