Sounds like they were unrestricted and yes apart of the float and outstanding. There just be some sort of deal this guy is brining in. He is getting paid .10 cents a share for sales consulting? And these are common shares not preferred or restricted so there is some sort of deal going on that seems very positive I guess we won't know till next filing.
Unless these guy got caught cheating on his wife or something and was blackmailed into that 8k lol
