The chart looks good for price appreciation under normal conditions.

When Mom was still with us, we worked on setting her up with an income account. The most important lesson I learned while doing that, was to buy these type of plays during offerings or severe market drops. They typically have share offerings with the price being the 5 day average on a certain date. Big money would take it down for us to get the discounted prices. The yields were magnificent, and the share price appreciation worked out well.
