I have a curious question. If you're so interested in this new company, why are you continuing to be the cfo here and not just move on with the new company. Was it requested of new management?

LOL! FINE! However, per your own post of yesterday, this has not always the case! And of course, to no ones' surprise, this is not what has been communicated on the Tauriga Sciences' iHUB Board! Over there, Seth Shaw has always been devoting 110% to build TAUG!

BTW...it would seem difficult to be totally focused on building TAUG, while negotiating with OTC MARKETS to be granted an extension to file BVAP's 10-K and 10-Q! Also, as the CFO, you might even be a bit distracted from building TAUG to assist in preparing BVAP's 10-K, which is due in 10 days, and the 10-Q, which is due in mid-June!

Here's a novel idea...QUIT BVAP, so you can actually focus on building shareholder value for TAUG! Of course that would be dumb! Seth Shaw would have to forego his BVAP compensation, despite it being the furthest thing from his mind!

No, you have not. You have engaged in schemes to enrich yourself at the expense of BVAP’s shareholders. You can't refute the facts so you blame others for your failures.
