I find it odd that this thing hasn't been delisted.

It can't be delisted because it is not listed anywhere. The term "listed" is only for Exchange traded companies. CGFI is OTC. But, they are an SEC registrant and are now over 2 years delinquent with their SEC filing obligations. The Company has also been revoked in Nevada, its state of incorporation. The Company's registration could be revoked by the SEC at any time. And it is not a question of if, but when. When it does happen, the stock will be worthless.
