Understand folks, we have been in this stock twice since early June, out and then back in at 007. NO LEGITIMATE stock would or should behave like this. If the URM Press Release was a falsehood and used to benefit the debenture holders, we will have our securities attorney and our contacts at FNRA scrutinize every single filing going back 2 years.

Now having said that (its not a threat), we are giving this CEO the benefit of the doubt for the short term. We will continue to assume he despises shareholders, hates being a public company and is just plain busy putting his company back together.

So many times over the last 35 years, we have seen countless CEO's of publicly traded companies wipe out the common shareholders via dilution and reverse splits without consequences. This is not going to happen with this CEO!

So again, I hope this is not the case but we will be prepared if it is!
