I posted "they" left out info. Regardless if it was him or old management the filings were on time so there is another reason we were downgrade to limited info. Makes no difference to me who did or did not disclose info.

Actually filing should be out on time. 5/20 is late. Vote of confidence, get the filings out on time. Lets see if he can do that!!!
