I added up the numbers for that big trade the other day. It was 392,739,973 shares. It would appear that Ron got out of more than half of what he had. He's the only one who has enough shares to make that kind of trade. According to the last form 4 Stephen Sadle, the second largest shareholder, only has 320,496,166 shares.

I wonder if they are going to sell the shell?

Ron wouldn't unload all those shares if there was any hope at all of this thing actually going forward.

I wonder who was on the other side of the trade. It was at least $18,000 since the volume at price shows slightly more than 180 M. The rest were at below 0001 which I guess could have been anything. Maybe even 00001 or lower.

I wonder if they'll bother to file a form 4?

Regarding one of my favorite dead stocks, FGFT.

Not only does issuing a dead stock a 20% restricted dividend not make sense, but a dead stock trading on the greys!

Not just all that, but there seems to be some confusion on the part of the CEO, Anthony Miller, as to which ticker his kid's company Fitness Gurls, is supposed to be going into. It was SUPPOSED to have already been merged into POTG. A soon to be dead stock trading.
