most no bid shells have a bloated structure of 5, 10 even 20 billion shares...$LUSI has the perfect sized share structure for a MASSIVE run - 950 MILLION...a .0001 ticker with an AS and OS under a billion is a rarity...if $LUSI gets reinstated or any kind of PR drops the PPS will go insane...until then, we go insane waiting...
