However you slice and dice it, it's not bad news, just not the news we would have preferred to hear. It sounds to me like the financing CRCUF was pursuing was being presented to them at terms they would/could not accept, so Brad did what he could do to avoid Carnac needing to admit to that situation. I thought it was odd that EXK went back to the equity well for another 40M right after they closed on a 16M private placement less than 10 days prior.

Now CRCUF will have ~10.5M in liquid assets which equals ~.05 per outstanding share alone, and against no debt.
