If the SEC and the rest get involved, certainly nobody is safe. Which is why I believe many of the pumpers of NTEK have gone quietly into the night and it's down to the z-listers touting this garbage.
If you look back at the press releases, shareholder letters and related touts over the past few years, it's obvious this was a well organized scam from the beginning. If you look at the financials - even after NTEK went dark and with the Royal Capital Group disclosures - it was very clear that NTEK was attempting to reconcile their scamming of tens of millions of dollars with falsified convertible debt obligations.
It's all a paper trail now to attempt to keep everyone out of jail. D Foley will never leave prison IMO, and the whole lot of them will join him soon. The RCG "convertibles" can never, ever be reconciled on any balance sheet, let alone during a SEC investigation.
Gotta give Jeff Foley the "huge balls" award though for announcing a RS in the midst of giving more than a billion shares to his family's Royal Capital Group shell corp.
