It appears many shareholders desire Tom Kim, NGCG's CEO, to move quickly and minimize losing any more time, ground, etc. Most have been waiting over a year for things to happen yet very little has actually materialized. The PPS has tanked, shareholder equity along with it, and it's unclear if real shareholder value is being created. I think he could use the experience and expertise of a lot of people right now including financial, industry/market/segment, sales/BD, product positioning/pricing, legal, manufacturing/OPEX, etc.
However, if I were him I would address the current mgt and BOD member issues, etc first before adding anyone else. When adding members he should vet them out accordingly including face-to-face meetings, etc as appropriate to avoid a repeat of today's situation.
