The reason they need to rely on a JV is because the costs associated with starting a trial are enormous. The whole reason behind a JV is so they can start their process to self funding which in turn would allow them to start trials and not need to worry about toxic financing to do so. On the flip side, their new patent they've applied for if granted would make them a buyout candidate, the patent holds the most effective breast cancer treatment/eradicator on this planet. Good things are coming, I've heard this from a very reputable source(can't disclose). If you don't have shares buy some, if you have shares and sell you will seriously regret it. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to potentially strike it rich with a few 100k shares, no way in hell am I selling, I and others here know the potential this gem has.
