Fair enough, but you are forgetting the fact that once on they get on the Nasdaq they will be attracting a whole new class of investors that have a different mentality than that of of Penny stocks traders. Most RS you see are companys that have been delisted and they are trying to get back on. TRTC is doing it for good reasons for their shareholders to grow and not have to deal with being a small company on the OTC. I really do not think management would do this unless they have a plan to get the stock moving up and will be a very attractive investment being the first Publicly traded company seed to sale when the uplist. The aggresive growth they have planned will keep the stock moving upwards.
