Sorry, That can never happen. The company can't just retire shares in the float. They are SOLD to retail share holders. The company can not survive without selling shares. The company has diluted the stock to no BID. There are ZERO fundamental reasons to buy into the past record of this disaster company ran by the So African gang of pump and dumpers.

The shorty excuse to cover is way past its life span. No R/S = company stays dead and dark
