I am pretty sure that was the point Wex was making. Looking at the rsi compared to the accumulation/distribution, we are in good range for buying. I was looking to see mid 60's, but a quick dip into low 60's could happen. Good buying opportunities at this level won't be around after the final round of financing this month. JMHO
