Here's a thought .... how about actually waiting to see what the post BK updates are for ARIO. The filings you are looking at are from 2009 ... that is highly unreliable now that ARIO is in BK.

Master makes reference to the "idiots" that were pumping ARIOQ but the same can be said about the individuals spreading gloom and doom here because no one knows what ARIO is going to look like post BK.

We will know shortly though :-)
