Interesting. But FNRG has since been delisted. Maybe the delisting was already in the works, though most of the time, in those circumstances the SEC waits till it happens. In the meanwhile, the exchange suspends trading in the stock.

And with FNRG, there was a criminal side to the case, and had been for some time:

Even so, maybe there's been a recent change of policy at the SEC.
