nope this is just expected churning of old shareholders holding the bag with the old CEO, to new shareholders, wanting to see what the New CEO can bring to the table, and where he can take this...

If you were a shareholder that had good money stuck in this for a long time and there was no bid, then all of a sudden you can get out @ 3, which is 300% more than you could get before, most would take it...


if people arent happy here they could always try other triple zero stocks out there there are plenty, that are have the Printing Press on High (see examples below)
