For instance, CEO Marissa Mayer will probably be asked to leave YAHOO after it is bought out, and she will be given a $50million+ golden parachute package. Similarly Carly Fiorina got a 100million+ package when she was fired from Hewlett Packard.
Doesn't anyone wonder WHY so little has been disclosed? Sarvis said he would let us know as things proceeded, but now he is no longer making decisions, so we have to expect the new management to announce something, but maybe they will continue to drag their feet.
