No such pattern, nor would there be. The due date for an SEC filing doesn't drive the completion date and data analysis of a clinical trial. Even if there was some "pattern" someone was "seeing", it would be spurious not causative.

Stick with reality. Prurisol phase 2 data is imminent, and it is likely good. This is relevant to a CTIX investor.

REVIEWING HISTORY......

So, I was just looking back at the headlines/prs over the past year or so. I happened to notice there is a lull in prs right before the 10-Q followed by an average of 6-8 announcements in the following 3 weeks. I anticipate the next 10-Q to be out next week probably Monday the 9th followed by a flurry of updates and PRs over the course of the rest of May. I would not be surprised if there is NO news this week ahead of next weeks Q. Chart and price action are perfect textbook trading action, ESPECIALLY with the slow news cycle we are in. If you are a technician you should be LOVING this setup!!! BTW 50-200MA crossover will occur next week.

I'm pretty sure "sell in May and go away" will NOT be applicable for CTIX by any stretch of the imagination. gL
