I will try to make this simpler. How about Dr. Moro's own words during the Erthang Interview?

"You have to be patient. Most of the stock is restricted. That will pay off for you.” How many shares are outstanding? “We have about 38 million or something like that."

Concentrate on the sentence above that states "Most of the stock is restricted." Dr. Moro said that word for word during the Erthang Interview. You trust what he says, don’t you? Most of the shares would represent more than a majority of the shares. According to Dr. Moro's numbers, that would be more than 19 million shares (or something like that) which are restricted. kag
