I'm just as confused as you about the recent dump. Some of us were told the 900k holder was 'friendly' and the recent action doesn't say that.

Two possibilities:

900k holder saw the s-1 and got concerned and unloaded. Or maybe they just saw volume and it triggers a sell off? It's strange because VNDM and VFIN were the main dilutors past month and now it the CDEL show. So leads me to believe it's a different note holder? I'm not totally sure how MMs work in this regard, so who knows lol

Or, it is River North dumping the 90mil? Per the S-1 they're not allowed to sell until the SEC approves the S-1. Was looking at documents yesterday on SEC website and couldn't tell if anything was approved or not? Just see the three amendments.

So really I'm not sure... Knew there was dilution possible out there, but dilutors and company had all kept it fairly light until volume showed up this week?

Waiting on 10-Q for update and we will have our answers.
