Alright, just one simple question...

If you believe this statement you stated...

if the stock price goes down the company has big investors that will buy the stock back upto the level it should trade at

Then for one, why is this stock trading at $1, and second, where are thes big investors that will buy the stock back up to the level it should be at?

If this deal was worth $15, this stock would be trading at $13+ and leaving the rest of the scraps for the arb traders.

Why do you think Rufus and the gang are willing to give you hundreds of millions of dollars they could keep for themselves?
