Fabius- I for one do not believe IPCI will partner before Rexista NDA filing. That is just my opinion and it is based on what I have heard and on how the Odidi's have handled business in the past. Like you said, they feel the further along they get it by themselves, the better of a deal that they can cut for IPCI.
