Right. When it is all said and done, we will be closer to 200 milly outstanding. That is more than twice what it was when I got into this stock 2 1/2 years ago. Significant dilution. I'll say it again, Im not adverse to a RS if it means a much quicker uplist opportunity. Because of the potential of SPORT, an uplist will bring the institutional investors and, in turn, pps will rise. Rather than be concerned with the number of shares we own, we need to focus on the market cap and outstanding shares.

You're right. I didn't factor in future dilution. Just trying to make a point. I'd still be very happy with the profit, if Titan is acquired at 1 or 2 billion. Maybe I missed something but I don't think RS (reverse split?) will have any impact on the market cap. You can argue a better exchange will favor Titan stocks to attract more buyers and arguably there will be more shorts as well. Right now Titan is dead money. Nothing is going to happen until Titan gets regulatory approvals. Probably another round or two of financing for more dilution but nothing else...

I'm frustrated with no real PR/IR strategy as many of you. There is two sides to every story. It leads me to believe Titan is forming and strengthening partnerships with universities, research medical centers, etc. Titan has a skeleton staff and as an investor, I can appreciate that. When the time comes and the partners drink the SPORT Kool-Aid, the PR/IR strategy will work itself out. Maybe, right now it's premature to tell the world Titan has reinvented the wheel when the wheel is not yet ready for prime time. Remember TRXC... Just playing the devil's advocate.
